This project was inspired by media coverage of the large numbers suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, feelings of loss, loneliness, sadness or regrets.

This 45 minute CD will help lift these emotions and you will start to deal with what has been holding you down. You must listen to this CD in a private, comfortable setting on your own in your own time.   It is very relaxing with tranquil easy listening background music. Healing from the Head to the Heart will enable you to break the cycle and cut the chords that attach you to people who have caused you hurt, anger, abuse, pain, torment, sadness and other emotions that have interfered with your life.
