I was born and raised in a small village, Loch Gowna in the County of Cavan, Ireland. I have been in the background of the music industry from a very young age, trying to help others get on the road from working the stalls and making the calls to get interviews and press coverage for other artists.
Today I am living the dream which started many years ago as a teenager, when I worked as a DJ on Breffni Community Radio, a pirate radio station that broadcast throughout the region from a chicken shed in Kilnaleck, Co Cavan. We were all amateurs with one thing in common: 'Our love for Music' and the 'Craic'.
I emigrated in the late 80's to seek work, and this is where I took to the stage and enjoyed singing in all the Irish clubs and pubs all over the UK. For years I worked part time for Foam Records in London promoting other artists; out and about the markets selling tapes, cds and videos and also lending a hand to all the work that goes on behind the scene that we never think about before the artist arrives to the stage.
